Where do you ship from?

All of our shirts are printed and shipped through our production partner, Printful. Depending on your location, your order may ship from a U.S. or international facility to get to you as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to get my order?

Every shirt is made to order.

• Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
• Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment. International orders may take longer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your country and will be shown at checkout.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our shirts are available in S–XXL (with extended sizing on select designs). Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.

Can I return or exchange a shirt?

Because each item is made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

What are the shirts made of?

Our tees are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. They’re designed to hold their shape through training, tattoo sessions, and everyday wear.

Will the design crack or fade?

No, our designs are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for long-lasting detail and durability. Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry (or tumble dry low) to keep your Oni fresh.

Do you restock designs once they sell out?

Most drops are limited releases. Once a design is gone, it’s gone — so if you see something you like, grab it before it disappears.
